What makes a good photo?
1.) It's time to close up! Make sure you take yourpet's photo in a well-lit environment. Ideally without a filter and in natural light.
2.) Close up and face on, revealing as much of the ears, head, neck, and chest as possible. This will allow us to capture a nice crop of your pet's face.
3.) Avoid taking photos that are overhead, highly filtered, or fuzzy. We are normally unable to display photographs of your pet lying down.
Are any purchases final sale?
We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.
What if I need to make a change to my order?
Yes! We are happy to help with changes to your pet portrait order as long as you reach out to support@petartpic.com within 30 minutes of your order being placed.
